Well it's Monday after lunch and quiet at last in the house, All the boys are at school and we can finally have a little us time, although not too good, as Steve has hurt his back and can't move, hey ho but at least we can watch what we want on tele and actually hear what we are watching!!! although I do miss them, a week doesn't seem long now to have them bobbing around at home and this half term we were all ill so we didn't get up to much, still won't be long till it's christmas then they will all be home again!! And on that note I'm off to watch some tele in piece.

Ohh Whoops

It's another one of those 'Oh dear has it really been that long since I posted' So here goes for a catch up.
We had a lovely summer, went to Battle for a weeks camping, which the kids really enjoyed, Nanny and Grandad came to so we got to spend time with them too which was lovely, took the boys up to London on the train and spent the day at the Science Museum which the kids and Nanny and Grandad enjoyed, Grandad got to see the cabinets he had made when he was a carpenter back in the sixites. Mum and Dad hadn't been married long and Dad spent a couple of months living in London while the cabinets were built down in the basement and the good news is they are still there so we got to see what he had made (if you want to see too they hold the domestic history exhibits down in the basement, some of those things bought back some lovely memories too)
Then we just did days out with the boys for the rest of the hols. One big milestone was my little baby started School nursery in the afternoons, so no more day trips out now as he has to go every afternoon, but not for long he starts fulltime at Easter so we will have our days back, which is going to seem really strange after 13 years there will be no babies at home during the day.

Well that was a quick catch up, Now we are looking forward to Halloween, the boys are really excited and so am I as I have the most gorgeous dress to wear, will post pics when I'm all dressed up and you can see it in all its gorgeousness!! But one downside is that we all have the dreaded lurg at the moment, mine started on monday eveing then my middle one was ill through the night so was up with him, so spent yesterday feeling rough, but today almost back to full speed.

Whoops!!

Long time no post, whoops lol, but have decided that I must post at least every couple of days, so here goes. Well it's the Easter Hols here so all the boys are off school, They have been relatively well behaved, surprise surprise, but little one decided to throw up all over Dad this lunchtime, so raced round and cleaned them up then crawled into bed as I'm not feeling good either. So no scrapping done today but hopefully will get some done tomorrow, willl post some pics when i manage to do something!!

This is me last week when we took my step kids home, in dunwich woods, the weather was beautiful so thought I would pose for a change.

Whoops didn't realise it was so long since I had posted. It's been busy busy here as normal, Not had any time to craft and am having severe withdrawal symptoms, But today I had a lovely email telling me I had won a prize on the blog hop I did yesterday, Am so excited, I've never won anything from a blog before, can't wait to recieve the beautiful card made by Scrappyjacky Please go and take a peek at her blog, she is a very clever and creative lady. Thanks Jacky, can't wait to receive my card.

Have some new pics of the cat to share, Her new party trick is to take a flying leap at the back of the sofa then launch herself at the curtain and climb to the top, then hang there and look down very pleased with herself. Think I will have to buy some new nets though, but i'm going to wait till shes bored of her new trick!!!

And the last 2 are of the boys at Halloween we all went trick or treating and they loved it, Kalum was very impressed, he knocked on doors and people gave him chocolate, so now he keeps saying he's going trick or treacle tonight, Bless him.

Yay It's Friday, and i got a lay in this morning as both the kids were off school and squidge hasn't got playgroup.
It's amazing what a difference the extra half hour makes, lol,

Well It's half term now, so off to Ipswich to pick up Steves tribe for half of half term, Oh what joy a full house with 6 boys, getting excited about halloween and trying to guess how many sweets they are going get. 

Think I might have to escape upstairs and play with all my craft goodies, am in the process of sorting out my new desk, so have found lots of 'New' stuff that i forgot i had hehe.
Plus i need to make some ATC's, it's something i've wanted to do for ages so plucked up the courage and joined the ATC trail on Ukscrappers, so this weekend the plan is to make some and post them on Monday so hopefully missing some of the backlog from the pesky postal strike!!!!

What a week

Have been busy, busy this week, but have managed  a couple of makey sessions, pictures above, Also spent 2 days at hospital, one for my middle son, got to go back in 6 months, and for me, i've unfortunatly I've got to lose another 5-6 stone, before the consultant is willing to consider surgery, so looks like i've got at least another year of being in constant pain and not being able to do much, and also lose weight, it's like a viscious circle though, to lose weight need to excerise and follow the diet, but as it hurts to excerise i cant so struggle to lose weight, but i guess if i want my life to get better I've got to do something, so off to the swimming pool this week to find out when i can go swimming and buy my self a new costume as the other ones i have are all to big!!!

Right well thats my rant over for this week lol, now of to pick up eldest son from scout camp oh what joy, yet more washing to add to the pile!!!!
